Cancellation Policy
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you has taken possession of the goods or the last part of the consignment or the last item.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Venta Benelux B.V., van Heemstraweg oost 8, 5301KE Zaltbommel, The Netherlands, Tel.: +31 418 541 343, e-mail: [email protected] ) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model revocation form, but it is not compulsory. If you exercise the right of withdrawal, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt (e.g. by e-mail) immediately.
In order to meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising your right to cancel before the cancellation deadline has passed.
Consequences of cancellation
If you withdraw from this Contract, we will refund you all payments received from you, including delivery charges (with the exception of the additional costs arising from choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us - DPD return label). To be refunded immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which notice of your cancellation of this contract is received by us. For this refund we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will we charge you for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
You must return the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14 day period has expired. We will bear the cost of returning the goods. Please enquire about the return conditions!
You only have to pay for any reduction in the value of the goods if this reduction in value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal of products
Products which are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery, or if the device has been used.
