Cancellation Policy
Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without specifying grounds.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the forwarder, took possession of the goods, or the last goods, or the last part-shipment or the last item.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Venta Austria GmbH, Strohmayergasse 8, 1060 Wien, Österreich ,Tel +43 5572 202 539, Fax +43 5572 202 537, Email [email protected]) by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to cancel this agreement. You can use the enclosed sample cancellation form for this if you wish. You can also complete the sample cancellation form or another unequivocal statement, and send it via e-mail via our website at “www.venta-luftwaescher.de”. If you choose this option, we will send you confirmation of receipt of such cancellation without delay (e.g. by e-mail).
To observe the period of notice for cancellation, it is sufficient if you send us notice that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this agreement, we have to refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have selected a different form of delivery than the lowest cost, standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your cancellation of this agreement. For this re-payment, we use the same means of payment which you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; we will never charge you any fees for this refund. We can refuse to effect repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, which ever date is the earlier.
You must return or surrender the goods to us without delay and in all cases at the latest within 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this agreement. This period is granted if you return the goods within 14 days of the agreed period.
Objects which are returnable via parcel post are to be returned at our risk. You are to bear the costs of return shipment if the goods delivered correspond with the goods ordered and if the price of the item to be returned is not more than € 40.00 or if, in the case of a higher price of the item, you have not effected payment or a contractually agreed part-payment at the time of cancellation. Otherwise, return is free of charge for you.
You must only pay for any reduction in value of the goods if this reduction in value is due to unnecessary handling of the goods in order to check their quality, properties and function.
