1. What does the insolvency mean for me as a customer?
The Ravensburg Local Court - Insolvency Court ordered provisional insolvency administration over the assets of Venta Luftwäscher GmbH by order dated 16.05.2025. Business operations will continue for the time being in coordination with the provisional insolvency administrator. Our aim is to continue to be there reliably for our customers and to secure a long-term solution for the company.
2. Will my warranty claims continue to apply?
Your statutory warranty rights remain in place. However, new legal framework conditions will apply after the opening of insolvency proceedings (probably on 01.08.2025): Claims will then become so-called insolvency claims, which must be registered in the insolvency table (Section 38 InsO).
Unfortunately, voluntary warranty services or goodwill arrangements, such as an extended warranty via our web store, cannot currently be guaranteed in every case. However, we examine every request carefully and make every effort to find customer-oriented solutions in this phase as well. Please contact our customer service team directly.
3. Can I still order spare parts and accessories?
Yes, the sale of spare parts and accessories continues without restriction.
Our warehouse is active, the supply chains are stable and our team is processing your orders as usual.
4. Are repairs currently still being carried out?
Yes, our repair service is still available.

5. What happens to open orders?
We will continue to process open orders and deliver them if possible.
